As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team and help drive operational efficiency.

About the Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our roofing projects run smoothly from start to finish. You will work closely with our sales team, project managers, crews, and clients to ensure seamless scheduling, efficient resource allocation, and exceptional customer service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at multitasking, and have a keen eye for detail, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Scheduling & Coordination: Organize and schedule roofing projects, ensuring timelines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
• Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Crew & Vendor Coordination: Work with subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house teams to ensure materials and labor are available as needed.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain project records, permits, and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, material delays, and other project challenges.
• Quality Control Support: Assist in ensuring that all projects meet Infinite Roofing’s high-quality standards before final client approval.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, construction management, or a related field (roofing experience preferred but not required).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (CRM, scheduling software, etc.).
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
